Rehabilitation Stories

June 2020

Greetings!

I experienced wonderful results when I first started consistently doing rhythmic movements and reflex integration. My constant, low-grade anxiety vanished and I was much more able to navigate life's ups and downs. UNTIL: I had a significant set of injuries from two bike accidents and a fall. I was in bed for weeks and could not stand for more than 5 minutes without pain and exhaustion.

While I would not wish that experience on anyone, it was an amazing opportunity because I got to feel from within how helpful the rhythmic and reflex integration movements are for rehabilitation and overcoming pain.

I am so grateful for these movements and for the ability to walk and move without pain.

Humans, young and old, and even animals, benefit from these movements for rehabilitation*. Check out the examples below and pass the newsletter on to those in need!

Best wishes,

Sonia Story

Premature Baby Walks at 18 Months
MC had a traumatic birth and was in the ICU for 3 weeks.  The pediatrician told MC's mom that her son would probably never walk without aid.

MC started making progress after receiving the innate rhythmic and reflex integration movements and is now walking on his own. Read the full case study here
