Greetings,
Most of us know how it feels to be overwhelmed. Parents often feel this
way when their children are going through intense, new, or challenging
situations. I struggled as a parent when I could not figure out how to
create the harmony in our home that I longed for. When I found the tools
that transformed us at the deep level of the nervous system, life became
much easier.

Recently I had the opportunity to speak with Samantha Moe, parent
coach. We talked about supporting parents and children to create
more connection and peace at home. I am excited to continue learning
from Samantha and to share her wisdom with you. Whether you are
a parent or a professional serving parents and children, join the free
2-part webinar where Samantha and I will give simple, effective tools
you can use immediately for calming.

Join here and pass this on to your friends!

Best Wishes,
Sonia
