Does (or did) your baby look like this?

A slouched baby becomes an uncomfortable child and adult.

It is not enough for children today to go out and play to meet their movement needs. Even doing sports is not enough. Why?

Because nearly all children today, due to many environmental and cultural factors, have missed the full measure of important foundational movements in the first 18 months of life. Fortunately, we can easily do these neurodevelopmental movements with our children and the brain responds beautifully at any age. The neurodevelopmental movements are by far, the best way to provide optimal brain maturity, sensory processing, emotional regulation, muscle strength, posture, stamina, coordination, focus and learning.

These innate neurodevelopmental movements are the automatic movements we are designed with in infancy to develop the foundation for lifelong health, and the ability to learn with ease. Doing neurodevelopmental movement is one of the most important gifts we can give our children that will serve them their whole lives.
